SOLUTION: Formed cross-functional team, executive steering committee and synthesized research inputs across interviews, market research, competitive and more. Developed positioning, brand identity, architecture, leading to expedited launch. Activation included narrative, hero video, communications, employee enablement, paid media, social media, website and more.
